Supplies:

• Simplicity Pattern #2867
• Simplicity 12 Needle Felting Machine
• Wool or wool blend felt in 2 or more colors three 9 by 12 sheets (2 of base color and 1 of accent color)
• Scissors
• Embroidery Floss and needle for decorative elements
• Hand sewing needle and thread or sewing machine
• Marking pen

Instructions:

• Review pattern and take out pieces you will need for your project
• Cut and layout pattern pieces onto felt
• Draw around the top bootie pattern pieces a with marking pen
• Cut random size circles of accent
• Following manufacturers instructions felt circles onto base color
• Cut larger circle of base color and felt onto bootie foot for added interest
• Embroider simple stitch in criss cross pattern onto circles
• Hand or machine sew top to bottom according to the pattern instructions
• Make tie with a strip of felt, ribbon or a length of yarn
